Joshua has called the Calabash area home for about seven years. Originally, he is from the mountains. He has completed over 100 hours of training and learning to be the best to serve you. He is continuing his education to grow with the market and needs of his clients. Joshua is excellent at listening and communicating to find the perfect outcome for your next chapter. His negotiating skills and marketing strategies are what save his clients time and money to get the most successful deal. There is always a plan and a way to problem solve – Joshua will walk you every step of the way.

I adore our little beach town. The tranquility and charm are what I love most about this area. The quaint and peaceful outdoors we have is what has kept me here to grow. I have a soft spot for our small-town feeling and the coastal lifestyle. I enjoy summer activities like swimming, kayaking, and boating, making the most of a beautiful beach day. I have an Australian cattle dog named Paisley, who is my little princess. I try to take her as many places with me as I can. Outside of my professional pursuits, I unwind with detective shows and HGTV, or just quality time with family.

When working with a realtor, communication is the number one priority for me, and Josh exceeds every expectation you could have when it comes to timely and clear communication. Josh was responsive and quick to action from day 1! I live in Raleigh and saw a house that I wanted to look at on Oak Island, and he offered the next day to go get pictures and videos of the house to send to me, so I could decide to make the trip down the following weekend, which I did. The process with the house was anything but smooth or easy, and Josh helped me through every single road bump, including an extremely complex permitting issue that needed to be resolved before I would feel comfortable closing. Josh was working with a very difficult selling agent that was not reciprocal in timely communication, which caused me a lot of stress. Josh remained extremely professional in all stressful times, both with the selling agent, and me. I cannot thank Josh enough for representing me as the buyer. He made me feel supported and comfortable through every stage of the transaction, and this deal would not have been possible without his professionalism, leadership and support. I am endlessly grateful to Josh, and I am so lucky to have worked with him. I would recommend him to anybody looking to buy or sell a house!

When we found our future house in our new location we needed a realtor fast. I tried 2 other realtors before with no answer or call back, then I found Joshua. What a blessing! I talked with him in the car on the way back to NC and hired him. We met him the next day to sign the contract. Joshua hit the ground running he had the photographer out the day after the contract was signed and an open house scheduled for the next week. Joshua really went above and beyond, he answered our questions promptly and helped us coordinate with our out of state realtor. There are so many things Joshua did for us I can’t list them all. He was great to work with. If you need a realtor Joshua us your guy.
